Touch Iron Challenge

Weekly challenge to do any workout or physical activity 3 times a week! Gym, running, sports, classes, cycling swimming, boxing, yoga anything like that. Walking does not count for this one🫶🏼🍻 For proof post whatever you are comfortable with as long as it shows you did it!!
